What type of information I have 
I currently collect and process the following information:
  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, your name and contact details).
  • Information about the services I provide to you.
  • Device information, for example: geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers and other information which relates to your activity through the Osborn Coaching and Mentoring Services website (‘the Site’).
How I get the information and why I have it
The personal information I process is provided to me directly by you so that I can provide you with coaching and mentoring services and information.

I also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
  • When you use or access the Site in connection with your use of my services.
  • From third-party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).
Under the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR'), the lawful base I rely on for processing this information is because I have a contractual obligation.

What I do with the information I have
I use the information that you have given me in order to: 
  • Communicate with you, for example, sending you notices regarding my services, providing you with technical information and responding to any customer service issue you may have.
  • For statistical and analytical purposes, intended to improve the Site.
I may share this information with my third-party providers for the purposes of:
  • Hosting and operating the Site.
  • Performing research, technical diagnostics or analytics.
How I store your information 
Your information is securely stored on computers with industry-standard anti-virus and firewall protection in place to ensure the safety of the information I collect and retain, and to prevent unauthorised use of any such information.

Although I take reasonable steps to safeguard information, I cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorised access or abuse the Site, and I make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that I will prevent such access.

I keep your name, contact details and any notes covering the services I provide to you for 3 years after our coaching or mentoring sessions end. I will then dispose your information by deleting them from all computers and storage devices.

Cookies
I and my third-party partners use ‘cookies’ when you visit the Site.

A cookie is a small piece of information that a website assigns to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes, for example allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently and making the interaction between you and the Site quicker and easier. 

Cookies are also used to compile statistical data on use of the Site by collecting information such as how often users access the Site, which pages they visit when they do so, etc. No personal information is collected and the data is only used by my Site hosting and operating service provider to improve the Site and services.

Cookies do not contain any information that personally identifies you. 
You may remove the cookies by following the instructions of your device preferences. However, if you choose to disable cookies, some features of the Site may not operate properly and your online experience may be limited.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
  • Your right of access - you have the right to ask me for copies of your personal information. 
  • Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask me to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete. 
  • Your right to erasure - you have the right to ask me to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 
  • Your right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances. 
  • Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that I transfer the information you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
